The first three of these telecasts were taped at Woodland Bowl in Indianapolis on Sunday, March 13, and each produced action worthy of watching (even if you were one of those few who clicked past all of pba.com's spoiler alerts to view the results). Plus, the final telecast, featuring the three survivors from the taped shows, will air live on April 17, so the winner is still TBD.

Xtra Frame will also produce pre- and post-game shows for each of the first three upcoming telecasts, the former of which will be posted on Xtra Frame on the Monday prior to that week's show. The pre-games include footage of the players warming up plus interviews with the ball reps to discuss lane play strategy and equipment choice.
So, even if you know the results, these shows are still worth watching, just for the exciting drama they produced, which included:
SHOW 1 (ESPN, MARCH 27 at 2:30pm ET)
This show will feature three one-game "Regional Finals" with three players vying for their regional championship in each match. The opening two matches each come down to the 10th frame, while one player in the final match goes for perfection.
SHOW 2 (ESPN, APRIL 3 at 1pm ET)
This show features three more Regional Finals that each produced great competition and some major controversy. The match featuring Jason Belmonte, Brad Angelo and Dino Castillo contains a moment of confrontation that rivaled the infamous Bob Vespi/Chris Warren incident from the 1990's.
SHOW 3 (ESPN, APRIL 10 at 1pm ET)
The last of the three taped shows pits the winners of each of the Regional Finals against one another to determine three "Conference Champions". The South winner bowls the East winner, while West/Northwest bowls Southwest, and the Midwest champ takes on the Central winner. These matches again produce great drama, culminating with a masterful performance in the day's most compelling matchup.
Even though the Dick Weber PBA Playoffs is the final official event of the 2010-2011 season, there is still a heck of a lot of bowling coming your way until the start of next season. The PBA Senior Tour begins on the day of the final ESPN telecast and Xtra Frame is working on finalizing its coverage schedule of Regional, Senior and other special events (like the Teen Masters in July) to be announced soon.
