A tribute to the late PBA Tour champion Tony Reyes, and a fund-raiser on behalf of his daughter, Gianna, will kick off the PBA West Region’s Member/Non-Member Doubles tournament over Labor Day weekend in San Jose, Calif.

Lindsey Wong, Reyes’ business partner in a pro shop at 4th Street Bowl in San Jose, has organized the special event for Friday, Aug. 30, from 1-6 p.m. For a $20 admission fee – with all monies going into the Tony Reyes Memorial Fund – attendees can participate in a fund-raising raffle and silent auction, receive free coaching from USBC Bronze and Silver Level coaches, participate in a “Best Ball Shootout,” watch PBA players practice and attend a special “trick shot” and autograph session.

Capping the day will be a pro-am from 6:30-9:30 p.m. with a $50 entry fee. Qualifying and final rounds of the Tony Reyes Memorial Member/Non-Member Doubles presented by Brunswick will be held Saturday and Sunday.

If you’re in the area, drop by Fourth Street Bowl, 1441 N. 4th St., San Jose, CA 95112 or call Lindsey Wong at 408-453-5555.
