SEATTLE (April 23, 2013) – Tickets are now on sale for the inaugural GEICO PBA Summer Swing in Milwaukee, May 19-June 2, which will include packages for four PBA Tour tournaments and five CBS Sports Network television shows.
The PBA Tour, making its first appearance in Milwaukee since 2007, will bring the world’s most talented bowlers to the community for a unique series of tournaments hosted by three Milwaukee area bowling centers over a span of two weeks. Among the players expected are reigning PBA Player of the Year Sean Rash of Montgomery, Ill., and PBA Hall of Famers Pete Weber, Norm Duke, Parker Bohn III, Walter Ray Williams Jr., and international stars including Jason Belmonte of Australia, Finlanders Mika Koivuniemi and Osku Palermaa, and Colombia’s Andres Gomez among others.
Daily admission tickets are available for pro-am, qualifying and match play rounds for the PBA Badger Open (May 19-21 at AMF Waukesha), PBA Wolf Open (May 22-24 at AMF West in Milwaukee), PBA Bear Open (May 26-28 at AMF Bowlero in Wauwatosa), and the PBA Milwaukee Open (May 29-30 at AMF Bowlero). Prices range from $10 for pro-am and practice days to $10-15 per round for competition days.
Admission tickets for the three CBS Sports Network television shows that will be produced on Saturday, June 1 (Badger, Wolf and Bear Open finals) range from $20-$50 for an individual show to $50-$125 for an all-day pass. Tickets for Sunday’s final two shows (Milwaukee Open and GEICO Summer King of the Swing special event) are $20 to $50 for individual shows, and $30 to $75 for both shows.
