Entries are now being accepted for the four-tournament GEICO PBA Summer Swing in Milwaukee May 20-June 2.
The GEICO PBA Summer Swing will include two-day tournaments at AMF Waukesha just west of Milwaukee, AMF West in Milwaukee and AMF Bowlero in suburban Wauwatosa. The Summer Swing will consist of the Badger, Wolf, Bear and Milwaukee Opens which will produce a five-player stepladder final for each event that will be telecast on a tape-delayed basis by the CBS Sports Network. An additional GEICO PBA King of the Swing stepladder final will include the top five points leaders from the summer events.
For a $600 entry fee for PBA members and $750 for non-members, players are entered in all four events. Players are not required to compete in all four tournaments and may enter tournaments individually ($225 for members and $285 for non-members). However, they must be entered in the Badger, Wolf and Bear tournaments to be eligible for the Milwaukee Open.
The Badger, Wolf and Bear Opens will each offer a $50,000 prize fund. The Milwaukee Open will pay $100,000 in prize money. All four winners (who are PBA members) will earn berths in the 2014 PBA Tournament of Champions.
