PBA’s Xtra Frame to Air Free 6-hour PBA World Series of Bowling Preview Oct. 4 in HD

SEATTLE, Wash. -- Bowling fans will be able to catch a comprehensive six-hour preview of the third annual PBA World Series of Bowling free on PBA’s Xtra Frame official online video streaming service Tuesday, Oct. 4 beginning at 9 p.m. Eastern (6 p.m. Pacific).

Xtra Frame will air “The PBA World Series of Bowling Warmup” as part of a special edition of its  PBA:39X60 news magazine live from the South Point Bowling Center in Las Vegas that will be available at no charge via PBA.com, UStream and PBA Facebook.  The WSOB Warmup will feature the debut of Xtra Frame's new High Definition (HD) streaming, significantly increasing the quality of the webcast.  All Xtra Frame live coverage during the 2011-12 PBA Tour season will be presented in HD.

Xtra Frame's Mike "Mike J. Laneside" Jakubowski, will anchor the coverage with Jeff "The Bowling Doctor" Mark and Jason "Uncensored” Thomas.  The WSOB Warmup will cover all the component events, formats and schedules for the PBA World Series of Bowling which will be conducted Nov. 4-20 at South Point Bowling Center.

During the Xtra Frame WSOB Warmup show webcast, information will be provided on how to sign up for a special two-month non-subscriber introductory Xtra Frame subscription offer of $29.99 good through Nov. 30. In addition, information will be provided on a special daily subscription offer for selected days during the World Series.

The WSOB Warmup show will also feature a complete recap of the 2010 PBA World Series of Bowling by airing the innovative "Road to the Show" series.  Live fan feedback will be available during the entire show via PBA Facebook and Twitter.  PBA Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Commissioner Tom Clark will "tweet" during the program in addition to participating in live on-camera "fan chats,” taking live questions via PBA Facebook and Twitter.

The PBA World Series, kicks off the 2011-12 PBA Tour season and consists of the Bayer Viper Open, Chameleon Open, Scorpion Open, Shark Open, PBA World Championship, Carmen Salvino Classic, PBA Exempt Players Championship, Mark Roth-Marshall Holman PBA Doubles Championship plus other special events.
