The PBA announced today it officially endorses Brunswick Pro Lane™ synthetic lanes and the Authority22® lane maintenance system.
“Brunswick has earned our confidence in providing the highest quality, most reliable products available,” said Fred Schreyer, PBA Commissioner and CEO. “Both products have proven their performance on the Denny’s PBA Tour by creating a consistent, high-scoring environment for the best bowlers in the world.”
Pro Lane has wide, textured approaches that give professional bowlers an approach they can count on whether they're stringing strikes together or shooting for corner pins. The alternating light and dark board design and the down-lane markings provide great targeting guides that compliment the skills of professional bowlers.
The Authority22 lays down a consistent, accurate pattern that doesn’t vary. With the GUI (graphic user interface), programming is simple, intuitive and fast. The Accu-ject direct-to-lane technology assures precision application so the pattern on the lane accurately matches the programmed pattern. Whether the Authority22 is being used on the Denny’s PBA Tour, for a PBA Experience League or applying a house shot, the Authority22 performs consistently – lane to lane, day after day.
The 2007-08 Denny’s PBA Tour’s first event on American soil takes place Oct. 21-28 in Milwaukee, Wis., with the 2007 USBC Masters. The live ESPN televised finals take place at the Milwaukee Brewers’ Miller Park Sunday, Oct. 28 at 1 p.m. EST.
